I do like the select of products and the seem to be of excellent quality. But, I found the prices as expensive and waited for months for the Black Friday sale. Still, I thought the prices were too high. I purchased a weather station anyway, but waiting to see if the quality merits the price.

I am very satisfied with the operation of the weather station and additional thermometers/humidity sensors purchased. My one complaint is with AWN advanced graphing; I find that I have to kill and restart the IOS app to see current data if the app has been running for awhile.

Replacement for a damaged unit. Instructions for a replacement unit could have been clearer.

It’s my second weather station. Was very pleased with the first one. It was 9 years old. It was having issues with sending the outside temp uv and solar. It would go a stretch without sending any then it would start up again. The new ws-2000 seems to be a great model. The new monitor is nice. And the new station runs my old and new monitor. I wish the new monitors time and date were larger. They are very hard to read from any distance away where I could read the old one quite easily.

Enjoyed the WS-5000 so much, I’ve gifted one to my fiancee. Then gifted the a WS-2000 to my daughter and future son in law, that is a farmer. Also purchased a WS-1965 for my office and given a few out for gifts to friends. So yeah, I like their products.

The customer service has been great however, the console/display didn’t work out of the box. It was replaced with out any issues. But as I sit here I am getting a good rain for the first time and now the rain gauge is not working!!! Two days ago it worked when I received.02 inches but now nothing as it has been rain good for two hours! Did I just get a REAL BAD unit or is it junk?!?! A lot of $$
