I upgraded my account to be able to view history information 2 weeks ago. I still am not able to access that data. Earlier request for support and information have not been responded to. Your non-responsiveness is unfortunately typical of too many online services. I cannot recommend this company to others for these reasons.

Our wind cups must have come loose and blown off. Was so pleased to find that we could just buy a replacement from Ambient. Easy to buy, and super easy to install.

I was very happy to find the part I needed so easily on your website. It arrived in a very reasonable time. Nice to have our weather station working again, we love it!

Well the mounting bracket has not been installed yet. Ask me again when it is no longer winter in ND.

Overall, I do enjoy using the AWS. However, a few things need improvement. First, the in-home display monitor is way too small to read. We have had challenges reading the monitor even from a few feet away. Second, set-up was a little challenging. For example, I could not get the Weather Underground connection to work so settled for the AWS which set up fairly easily.

I purchased an annual subscription to AWN+ on March 15, 2025, and received an invoice from Kestrel. However, I have not yet seen any changes in my interface or received any code or instructions regarding the upgrade. I love the program, but your subscription processing and customer service are appalling.

No issues with the shopping experience. I only had to get a new monitor due to internet problems

Great weather station, easy to set up. Problem is, and IT IS A BIG PROBLEM, we can't read the display on the console. Not enough brightness. We can't even read it at night.

Fairly easy to order (you must answer all drop-list questions...) and then quick shipping. Great way to get genuine equipment directly from the manufacturer.
