It is easy and quick to get the repair part for the temp/hygro sensor on the array. The customer service people are wonderful.
It would be nice if the part lasted longer than a year or two.

I am not sure the haptic sensor for rain measurement is all that good for me. It seems to be off.

I will never own another weather station other than Ambient Weather. The product is excellent but the service is even better.

The Ambient Weather station is well-designed and built. The included instructions are well-written, indexed, and very thorough. While the project is more complicated than plugging in a toaster and smearing butter... you will know or learn about how computer devices communicate with each other: a worthy accomplishment. Ambient Weather makes it as easy as can be.
