I found it hard to find how to order a broken part but once I did the rest went smoothly

I still haven’t received the order. You sent it via USPS, rather than UPS as your site said and is was returned to you last week. I sent a request to support last Friday, and other than a automated response that my request was received, no other response has been received.

Ambient worked with us to help us replace our older non-working array and console that we inherited when we moved here. They walked us through the ordering process, delivered in a timely fashion, and were always available for follow up questions.

My product was what I needed to fix my "off line" station recurring error message but I would rather have spoken to someone in person rather than trying to communicate via email or a chat bot.

Had to call for support on two different occasions and both times the individuals were courteous and knowledgeable, providing a quick answer both times. Their products have lasted much longer than others I’ve tried in the past in a similar price range. Definitely would recommend their products and their customer service!

Having trouble assembling my WS-5000 as the mounting arm holes do not lineup to the sensor array or the pole mount

I very much enjoy having the weather station but when I signed up for the premium ambient weather package and paid for my first year in full they wouldn't accept this unless I put in my credit card data and agreed to pay the next year as well. When I spoke to the salesperson at ambient he told me he thought this was a ridiculous policy but that was the policy and if I didn't like it he would cancel my premium online account which I did

It’s a long story but, as of today, March 2025 we have resolved our issues with our weather machine.
We have had one of your weather machines for several years. We relocated it to elsewhere on our property. In during so we lost our display and tried everything to reset it. After many tries we contacted your support staff multiple times with our problem and in the end they suggested we buy a new rain gauge sender unit for $30. We received it, installed it, to no avail. My husband was heartbroken. He is a great lover of his weather station, terminally ill, age 87. Our grandson decided to buy him a new one to make his grandfather happier. It arrived last week, we installed it and it too did not work. YIKES!! Again we called your support staff and right away he dictated some codes and BINGO it went on. HOORAY!
We decided to try the code on our old one and DOUBLE BINGO it went on perfectly!!
Why in heavens name didn’t the support staff tell us earlier to try that code sequence??Or…why is it not in the troubleshooting directions of your manual for the units!!
Now we have two working weather stations, our grandson spent $300+ for the new one.
We love our weather station, everyone was cordial but….. a bit of fine tuning for your customers would go a long way to advance good juju for your company!
We love the machine so we will give you a 5 star rating but had to notify you of our long-standing troubles that should have been avoidable!

Interface is so dated and so horrible will not buy your product again. Matter fact I’m taking down the weather station which I had up of yours.
