A person at Ambient helped me place my order. They were very helpful, and support after the sale has been stellar.
Everyone should use Ambient Weather for any and all weather station needs. They are great.

Works well so far. Setup is fairly easy. Not quite a breeze, but not awkward as some reviewers say.

Great shopping experience. Website was easy to use. Shipping was prompt, and items were very well packaged. The weather station was easy to set up, and works flawlessly. I’m very impressed with the signal from the station to the base unit.

I was unable to get my purchase shipped to my address in Puerto Rico USA. Unable to get any reply when inquiring about it. Had to direct the shipment to a friend in North Carolina to re-send it to me.

Diagnosed the problem quickly with a cheap part replacement.

Shipping was good. Service after kinda lucked. He didn't send my update and he said it was going to take 6 hours to receive. It never came. Plus, it would have worked better to just send me a micro chip with the update for my existing equipment. Not at all happy with this company. I still need an update for my existing equipment's infrastructure.

I ordered the WS-2000 array only. No instructions were included to explain how to pair it with the tablet. Not all of us are tech savvy. Would have been helpful.
