Love my Ambient weather station. Very useful when layering up or minimizing whar to wear for my morning run. And knowing if the gardens need watering.

Ordered my weather hub eight days before I had to leave town
It was shipped for free and delivered in five days. I was able to connect to the network and leave town and able to monitor temps and avoid feezing pipes.

We own two of your weather stations and recently ordered the mounting pole. When it arrived we quickly realized it would not meet our needs and called instantly for a return authorization. After multiple phone calls, multiple messages left and a nasty email on your contact web page we finally were able to return the item. It was very very poor customer and we feel we can no longer recommend Ambient. We replaced our Davis weather station with Ambient and wish we had not made the switch because of the downgrade in customer service.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. VERY HANDY TO USE THE APP FOR GOOD RELIABLE INFORMATION. EVERYTHING WORKS AS ADVERTISED. TECH SUPPORT HELPED ME WITH A COUPLE OF GETTING STARTED BUMPS. VERY ATTENTIVE AND FAST TO RESPOND.

I enjoyed doing business with this company. The transaction went smoothly and the product was delivered as promised. The rain gauge was not as substantial as the one I obtained from NOAA, even though the model number and NSN number was the same. This rain gauge outer tube is not as thick, and the smaller inner tube markings are not as pronounced as the one they make for the government. Also, the drain hole in the top funnel part is not as large as my NOAA rain gauge.
This rain gauge was made for a private company, and I guess the specs were not as stringent as government specs. However, this rain gauge appears adequate for the job I intend it for, and is a good rain gauge I would buy again from Ambient Weather if the need for a new one arises.

Really like the weather station. Only warning I would give if you live in the woods with strong winds you will have stuff get into the rain measurement system and will need cleaning more often than I had planned.
