We were very pleased with the easy to navigate system you have in place for customers to get information and the shipping turnaround for a part.
Our weather station power adapter quit working following a power outage during a recent snowstorm. A visit to the FAQ page, and an online order was all it took. 4 days later we had a replacement adapter and the problem was solved.
Thanks for the quick response!

I love my WS-2000 weather station, which I purchased in September of 2019. When we moved in late 2021 it sat on a shelf until 2024, when I mounted it atop a 20 ft flagpole. In February of 2025 40 mph winds topple my flagpole and destroyed the sensor, but Ambient Weather shipped me a replacement sensor within a week and I'm back in business. I love my weather station.

Easily assembled, very detailed programing instructions. Installed hours before a major storm, all systems operating properly, giving detail weather information. Appears to be an outstanding product during the short time in operation.

Customer service was very helpful. After explaining my problem they asked a couple of questions and recommended a solution. I received my replacement parts in less then a week and my WS is now working like new.

Way smaller than expected. Limited name options for sensors. 3 of the sensors look different than the other 5. Trying to figure out how to get it on the Ambient Weather app.

Remote sensor Temperature wasn't broadcasting to base station. Did some crude troubleshooting and determined rain, wind and sun feeds were getting to base station. Needed new temp gauge.
Picture on website for replacement thermohygro didn't look same so I called customer service and was told the $30 part would fit.
Not too hard to install and it worked!
