Our remote sensor died after 7 years. I believe it was my fault, not the unit. Bought a new unit and found out that both of our receivers would hook up to the same remote sensor, which is nice cause now I have one in my family room and one in my bedroom.

I had somehow lost the weather vane off my station and inquired about a replacement. The Ambient rep responded with a link to purchase a new one in a very timely manner. I placed an order and received the part in a very few days. My only issue is the price approached exorbitant for a plastic part.

I cannot get the camera to work with my WS. I’ll be returning product if tech support can not help me resolve the issue this week. Disappointing.

This was a second display for my system. I struggled a little with setting up until called in for assistance. I found out the setup was simpler than the initial setup for the first display. Unfortunately I did not find the alternate setup in the instructions.

We've had three Ambient Weather stations overt he last 15 years. They have always performed as expected and we would recommend theme to anyone looking for a reliable weather station. Tech support has always been good and timely.

No installation instructions were included with the replacement 2902C Thermo/Hygro unit. Found a YouTube video on disassembly, but it is missing the reassembly steps.

Unfortunately, regarding the WS-2801 Advanced Color Wireless Weather Station, I'm missing the Thermo-hygrometer transmitter (WH32M). It wasn't in the box with the rest of the stuff. And I need that to tell what the humidity is, right? Could you please send that along to 900 Green St, Harrisburg, PA 17102? Thank you, -- Al Freund
