I love it! I've owned weather stations available from one of the big box stores over the years that would constantly lose signal with the outdoor sensing units if weather conditions were anything but perfect. I was looking for an alternative brand made of higher quality components and didn't mind paying a little more for something that works. So far, so good!

Company used to have better customer service. Haven't had a chance to set up new unit yet. Couldn't get answers to my questions online. For ex, will the unit work with my mesh router system? How often do I have to replace batteries?

The supplemental instructions were unclear and confusing. I called in and spoke to Odell, he provides some clarification and instruction on getting my new outdoor unit connected to the indoor console. I was unable to follow his instructions and called back. Left a message to please call, never heard from him. Through trial and error I was able to connect. I like the equipment but find the console and written instructions primitive and unhelpful.

The instructions to set up the weather station using the internet are difficult to follow. Would be nice to have someone to help you walk through the process.

Customer support is hard to get. I gave up waiting and bought a replacement weather station, which would not pair with the display. I tried to get help live, but never got connected. I tried the chat bot which was unable to actually give any response that related to the pairing problem. I have several weather stations at different locations. This station is at a beachfront vacation rental. AWN’s display is in the living room. Visitors can see.. only the interior temperature. AWN’s equipment is fine when it works, but customer support is: a yawn. I am waiting for the rain to stop so I can get up on the roof, bring the console down and try to pair it one more time before I surrender and replace it with a Tempest station.
