Had trouble getting my order delivered and a lot of trouble getting in contact with Ambient on the phone. Was supposed be get a return label to send the old console back to receive a credit since this was for an upgrade. Never received a return label. Love the weather station but not the service .

Ordered WS-2000-USB power cable to replace a power supply gone bad after WS-2000 weather station console kept saying "Starting" and resetting itself; shipping was free, the cable arrived a few days later and the console works fine powered by a random 1A USB power supply I had available. The console is bright and clear, the sensors all work fine and have good radio connection; the weather station, after a wifi firmware upgrade, connects and sends sensor data to my Home Assistant server without issue using HACS plugins without touching the cloud (after the wifi update, which required a cloud connection).

Shipment was prompt though there was an issued that was solved. I didn't get a memory chip that I had ordered. Later it was mailed to me. Bottom line: NO COMPLAINTS!

Excellent devices, monitoring app & speedy service. Bought additional sensors to monitor a moisture issue in different zones of a large building. Very Helpful!

Really happy with my AmbientWeather products, the shopping experience is pretty good though it can be hard to figure out what works with what, without calling in. I wanted to order a WS-4000 ultrasonic sensor array to replace my aging array, but found out it doesn't support the old WS-1001 consoles. I have 3 consoles I'm not going to throw away. Also, even if I wanted to buy a house full of new consoles, the lack of temp graphs on the display is a total non-starter. The new consoles have poor reviews for small fonts and missing features.
Hopefully a new console (or software update?) comes out soon that adds those missing features.

Delivery was prompt and the weather unit was easy to install. Instructions were a bit confusing as I used other means to connect to wifi. Not sure if the unit is properly registered

I love being able to buy just the Array for our weather station. After e-mailing with Matt, I decided that we needed a new Array. Matt sent me the link and I ordered on line. It arrived in 4 days. I opened the on-line manual and my saved information, and we had it mounted and working the next day. Thank you!
