My Ambient weather station WS-2000 quit working and would not start the display. Replacing the power plug restored immediately. If display stops Replace the power plug.

Nice to be able to buy parts for my WS-2000, was up and working like new again in less than one hour.

A bit tricky to assemble the replacement outdoor temp module. All good when finished. Back on line.

Easy purchase to remote temp probe to use in temporary greenhouse to monitor temp during this arctic blast and snow. easy set up with console.

My sensor quit and ordered a replacement which come in 4 or 5 days installed forthwith

Customer Service was very helpful in identifying which outdoor sensor unit I needed in order to restore my old WS-1002 weather station to service. I even got a discount on the price.

The system works fine the set up was terrible, ended up calling 800, excellent support there. Recommend bigger screen complete redo of set instructions they are very difficult to follow and don’t result in an operating system without calling 800!!!

Easy to setup. Would have been nice for the indoor temp sensor to be integrated into display console. Very compact sensor array that’s super easy to mount.

The gentleman who helped me with my problem new exactly what I needed to buy to fix my problem. To bad the electronic power supply s are not made well enough to last. Old style ones last forever. we called them wall warts.

The support person correctly identified the problem with my WS-2000 as being a fault power supply. It cost $20 for a replacement, including shipping. The weather station is working again!

Worked as advertised

Needed a replacement Thermohygrometer for 2902. Order arrived within a week. No instructions but simple 5 min phone got them to me. Great customer service. Quick 10 job and station synced on its own and was back working perfectly. 7 years, stations, 1 replaced part. I would call that good

Great experience getting my WS-2902 replaced!

Shopping is simple. If you have a problem that a completely different ball of crap. No customer support if you call. Your going to get disconnected when you do call and if you get a person your going to get disconnected after they put you on hold. Literally one guy works there and spends all day jacking off behind the desk to porn. I would honestly go buy your products from someone else.

Very disappointed. I have used Ambient Weather for years, and have advanced integrations with IFTTT and SmartHome. I have recommended it to many people who think my setup is cool. I made the mistake of trying to purchase some of the additional sensors which the App tells me are compatible. I purchased soil moisture sensors, 4 leak detectors and a lightning detector for my mothers station.
When I finally got the package, only 1 leak sensor was sent to me even though I ordered 4.
To make matters worse I spent days beating my head against a wall trying to get these sensors to connect, only to find out that they aren't compatible with my station.
Apparently the WS-2902 station is not considered part of the WS-2000 series which is absolutely ridiculous. The picture of the station in the app is even identical. Having two identical looking stations with similar names that support completely different sets of sensors is unacceptable, and should have been a hard stop in development.
When I tried to return the sensors support indicates they are unable to schedule a pickup for the return and gave me locations to drop it off in Arizona. I live in New Hampshire. At this point you can keep the roughly $100, and I will be recommending those looking for a weather station not to purchase from your company. Thankfully these cheaper Chinese stations are starting to come online

I placed my order on 1/5. It is 1/22 and I have not received my product. I contacted customer service on 1/21 and spoke to a Matt. He was very courteous and saw the same thing I was seeing; that a shipping label had been prepared, but USPS hadn’t received the package. Matt was going to check with the warehouse and follow-up with me by email. I have not received any word on my order as of yet.
