The tripod stand and stakes are as described. Since installing, no issues.
Only complaint it is fairy expensive and would have liked a leveling gimbal where the weather station connects to pole.

Had to use a needle to get the attachment to the syringe open. Tubing is a bit flimsy to get down through the curved glass to fill. But it did finally work and I was able to fill my storm glass appropriately.

Tech support was quite helpful in recommending replacement of the temperature sensor and how to order. The part arrived without any instructions for installation and I could not find them online but in the end, replacement was actually fairly easy. Unit now functioning normally.

Poor support. Can’t get the sensor to connect to my station. It’s been three days, still waiting for support to get back to me. 🙄🙄

Diagnosed the issue with a phone call and determined that I needed a new AC adapter. I purchased it and it was shipped to me. The AWN is working correctly now.

I am having trouble getting my sensor to work, and I tried submitting a request for support via your form and got an error message when I submitted the form.
