The web site was great and had a lot of good info helpings me to decide which station I ultimately purchased. Very useful. I dinged them one star for only giving me a 5% discount on checkout when I was promised 10%. I was able to get it resolved by contacting them but…

Ordered and received a part that I actually did not need. I was able to return the part easily and had only to pay for the return shipping, which I had expected. Good customer service!

i just bought my second weather station from Ambient Weather. Both base stations read both remotes. I enjoy having one base in the bedroom and one in the family room at the other end of the house.
