Easy

Great service, extremely fast and quality products.
Thank you.

Not really the weather forecast I was looking for. Kinda disappointed. Forecasts are not really detailed. Unsatisfied with my purchase.

The product was acceptable. The issue is the shipping. At the same time I ordered direct from Ambient I also ordered the same item from Amazon. The Ambient Weather transaction info specified shipping by UPS, United Parcel Service. However the product was shipped by USPS, the postal service, big difference. The USPS package arrived 3 days later than the Amazon product. Ambient's shipping is misleading. There doesn't seem to be any reason the order direct from Ambient.

BEWARE! I purchased the WS-2902D and everything this thing does is amazing. It is very fast on response from the outside unit to the control unit. I got this model because of its features. I've only had it in use for about two weeks now, and so far so good. NOW let's talk about what is crap. The display of this unit is awful. The one you see online that you think you're buying is not the same one. Yes everything is in the same location but not. There are five different background colors and five different number colors. The colors of the background are the same as the number colors. This display is really hard to read if you're more than two feet away. I called customer service about this issue. I explained how the one on their website was so much clearer than the one sent out, and if there something that could be done. I was told that this is the only one that comes with this model. And he was not sure the online display would be any different than the one I got. But if I wanted a better display they offer one for an additional $200. And if that was all had to talk about I should have a good day. If there was a way to upload pictures I could show you but they do not have that option. If I had known that the display was different and this bad I would have definitely bought another manufacturers over this one. So if you don't mind a poorly designed display or have to look at your phone to see the information that this unit offers you then buy this unit. I hate that this turned out this way I was excited about getting this unit.

Great items, fast shipping!

Many items on the website are very difficult to find. I only found the items I ordered by accident.

Smooth site and smooth check out. No complaints. Keep up the good work.

Was able to purchase only a temperature sensor instead of an entire unit

Great product! Just wish it was integrated into iHome.

2nd array 1st one lasted 10 years this one has a glitch: shows 74 degrees when the house is 66 degrees according to three separate honey well thermostats and the original array display showing 66 degrees!

While the products are excellent the technical instruction and support are extremely frustrating. Unable to connect my new temperature sensors. Tried online instruction, submitted contact request and left a voice message.

When received, new sensor did not have instructions on how to attach to existing unit. Probably could have found that info on website, but inconvenient.
Rep[lacing the sensor was very difficult for me. Took at l;east 1/2 hour and I was flying blind. It works now, so I guess I did the right thing.

I’m so grateful to Ambient Weather for providing useful information! It saved us a lot of money. After recurring power outages in our neighborhood, our wireless weather display screen started making a weird buzzing sound and was stuck on the “Starting…” screen. I went online to buy a repayment display, but found a note on the website saying that this problem is usually resolved by buying a new transformer plug, which costs about one-tenth as much as a new display. The new plug solved the problem. Thanks you, Ambient Weather, for prioritizing customer service over gross revenue!

Very helpful

I have not received my purchase. The tracking number shown on the invoice is not a legitimate tracking number in UPS or USPS. This has been a very unsatisfacotry experience.

I like the ease of the ordering process.

Sensor arrived but is not compatible with my weather station.
Ws2000
The info says it is but no way to pair with weather station?

Your representative was helpful and knowledgeable about products available at ambient. The reason I called was my WS1001 was no longer functional and I was trying to purchase a replacement console that had the graph on the council just as the WS1001 has. I was told that that function is no longer available on any ambient weather console which was very disappointing. I was told that I have to use a web interface on a phone or camera or desktop computer and I can no longer sit at my desk and look at the Trend of weather conditions from the console very disappointed.

Nobody answered the phone when inquiring where my order was. Email was answered and finally received my order.
