Great price for the WS200 array, fast shipping. Thought my station was dead and would need to buy a new one, but not the case now! Super easy install. Extremely pleased. Will recommend to everyone.

I installed my new weather station, but the rain sensor constantly under reports the actual rain by usually 50%. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with my individual unit or if that is common to all of them.

I broke the wind cup assembly when I took the weather station down to replace the deck it was attached to. I called ambient weather technical specialist and got the exact parts I needed to make the repairs. The parts arrived within three days, and the weather station was back up and running in another two. Great support great customer service.

I wasn't sure my base station was still supported. But the remote unit I purchased worked just fine.

Just hooked it as a gift and besides having a little trouble connecting to the internet which took about 5 tries it now seems to be working . Have to make an adjustment for true north as we used a square alum tube so we may have to make up a shim? Everything seems to be working fine and as expected and lots of available information as advertised. Will be glad to report back when the freezing temperatures slow down . But working well in the cold and I bought the heater ✅

new unit connected to the base as soon as i put the batteries in it. a little disappointed that the original lasted just barely over a year, but it is in a harsher environment being near the coast.
