I ordered a weather station sending unit from Ambient and the the price was very reasonable, even less than eBay's prices. It also had free delivery and it came in 3 days. I love the accuracy of their Weather System products, also the fact that you can calibrate the readings.

I have had the weather station a number of years but just recently went online with it. A little rough at first getting the software taken care of but I think we are good to go. But I did notice it is still states "Limited Time Free Trial". I really do not understand what that means. I guess we will find out. Great product!!

This was surprisingly easy and pleasant. We did need to call with questions. They answer their phone, quick to get to a rep, very personable and helpful people. The product was easy to set up, the instruction manual was awesome. We haven't done the calibrations yet, but might need to call them about some terms we don't understand. We had a terrible experience with Netatmo, this is 1000% better.

I purchased a new outdoor temperature sensor for my 2902 system. The old one had stopped reporting. I finally got around to installing it. It seems to report but the temperature is WAY off. I have it sitting next to the display - interior temp reads 72 degrees F and 39% - "outdoor" has same RH but 99 degrees F. I have tried to reset the array using your video instructions but that hasn't worked yet. Any ideas?

I purchased the ambient ws2000 station and it stopped working after four years. Disappointing quality. Something made for outdoor weather monitoring should stand up to the elements. Basically like throwing away $100 per year to access local temperatures.

Customer service is excellent, second to none! I had a question about the console I bought after it arrived. I called your customer service number, and the person not only got me my answer, but he also made sure I thoroughly understood the solution and all of the ancillary effects of the solution! Excellent!

Glad to fix the only part that stopped working properly. I prefer to fix things rather than throw them out and buy another one.
Good job!

A little disappointed that I had to replace the power supply so soon but it was inexpensive. Didn’t get a tracking number but it was delivered really fast so I’m happy with that. Still love my weather station. Very helpful with monitoring Texas weather

No issues placing the order. Upon receipt the installation instruction via scanning the QR code on the box were not helpful and I had to research other means to replace the old array with the new one.
