Tech support (Tim???) listened patiently to symptoms of our failed weather station & recommended replacement part. It was easy to install & fixed the problem. What more could I ask for???
PLUS. - I didn’t have to penetrate an endless phone tree to get assistance. I really appreciate that. Hard to find in today’s world.

After receiving my monitor, I had several questions about the entire system. The home I bought came with a weather station, so this is all new to me. Yes, I read your website to educate myself more before calling. The customer service rep was very arrogant and rude. I'm glad he feels superior to everyone else. Maybe he should find a new career and stay away from the public.

Thermometer went bad in less than 2 years. Ordered a replacement. It came very quick but without instructions. I called, cs rep was great. Emailed them to me. Not the replacement, definitely took 2 of us. Weather station back in business! Thank you.

Easy to buy and easy to setup. The only thing I can fault is that the Alexa integration only works for the US - The Ambient Weather Alexa Skill is only on the Amazon Alexa US website and so requires all the alexa devices to also be registered in the US
