I needed an outdoor unit replacement for my 2902B. The replacement is not the same and does not have solar support or light and I’ve readings. Other functions work so I’ll keep it and mount it tomorrow. We’ll see how it goes from there.

The process was smooth and easy.
I did have an issue with the monitor not working. I’m talking with customer service they determined the plug was faulty. Two days later I received a replacement power plug and everything worked correctly.
So kudos to them for fixing the issue.

Generally Ambient Weather is great! I have my own station and watch other's stations to see the weather near my family and friends homes. I do wish there was a note on the rainfall report showing when the rainfall year begins at each station or a note saying it's not set. That would help me understand what the annual rainfall really means.

Had a problem with my array due to my poor installation. Matt in customer service helped order what I needed and how to install an upgraded array. Their service is outstanding!

This is the second Ambient weather station I have purchased, the first one's wind speed after about 5 years stopped working. The new technology for wind and rain is much more robust.
The biggest problem I have is exporting my new station to Weather Underground...still working on this. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the new Ambient 4000 unit.

Shopping and delivery were great. I am currently having problems with my station. I am hoping that my wifi connection to it is weak and that is the cause of my blinking indicator in the top right corner. I am buying a mesh system, to hopefully extend a stronger signal to my station outside.
