Nice to be able to buy just the outdoor array instead of an entire unit. It appeared moisture had gotten inside and the ourside unit would not transmit. Ordered the replacement array and it works perfectly.

I have used Ambient products for many years. The failure rate of the remote sensors has become terribly high. Simply check my account and look at the frequency I have had to buy new units. I am currently putting your unit to a test with a Vevor unit (half the price) in a 3 month long test. After which I intend to publish the results. So far the cheaper machine does all that yours does and accurately. This test is being conducted at four different locations that currently use your units. You guys need to step up your reliability!!!! In addition, I have paid for expedited shipping multiple times and it still takes a week to get my products. This is ridiculous.

Console setup instructions are not current and leave many gaps, particularly in connecting the console to Ambient Weather and Weather Underground.

The weather station is a quality product. Even better is the network so I can track weather at my location from anywhere in the country when I'm traveling. A tree branch fell and broke the wind direction arrow, and I was happy to see that I could quickly buy a replacement.

Your service representatives are very helpful but your product is lacking. I service my system every six months but it has stopped working twice in two years and I had to replace major portion once.

MOST of the order arrived. I would rate 5 stars if ALL of it arrived, and support would reply to my request for the missing item to be shipped. Customer service is an important piece of customer satisfaction.

We have been very happy with our weather station and the weather app that we had for 5 years and have recently upgraded to WS 2902 and are very happy with the shipping and very happy with our new weather station and display.

My indoor console died. The blue light wasn't on and it wasn't connecting to wifi. Support told me to buy a new console which I did. As I was installing it, I could reconnect the new console to the old account weather station name. So I just took the spaces out to change it slightly. Go the new console going and the weather station was back up and running. But I couldn't access all the original data. I asked support about this and got stonewalled saying the original data can't be added to the new account.
