After spending some time with technical support on my 10 yr old WH65B sensor array, we determined that the array needed to be replaced. Ordered a new unit and received it in a few days. Reinstalled and paired with the 2902B console. Lovin life once again! Thank you for the quality

Bought a new in unopened box Ambient Weather WS-2902 on eBay in August 2025. The wind speed was not accurate. After 3 months the rain gauge started acting up. After three resets, it quit working. When I contacted them about the warranty, I was told because I bought it off eBay, they would not warrant the system. Bought a new array and now the system will not connect to the internet. Emails to Ambient go unanswered. Would never buy anything Ambient Weather again.

Station up and running.
Neighbors regularly ask me for a weather report.
Learned I don’t have enough breeze for a small wind turbine.

High quality, professional product. Ambient personnel always answer promptly and are very patient with questions. It's just going to take me quite some time to figure out how to use and understand all that the WS-5000 has to offer.

This was a gift for my nephew. He is in a weather club and this was recommended by all the members. He is very happy with this gift.

Easy set up. Great display for old eyes. A bit pricey, but I feel it is worth the expense. I will set up in the location of my Ham Radio Shack. I am a member of the SkyWarn program and a certified spotter.

Your customer service guys are great. Very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed that I needed a new array for my WS-5000. Delivery was fast and well packaged. Trouble ensued because the new array wouldn't synch with my base station. Your instructions didn't address my issue properly and I had to contact tech support for a rescue. They too were great and explained how to reprogram my base station. If your instructions properly described how to synch a new array to an existing base station, you would have saved me hours of frustration and a second call. And you would have earned a 5th star!
