The person who helped me get a new soil moisture sensor sent when I received a defective one was very thorough, helpful, and made the process easy. I've had Ambient PWS's since 2017, my original WS-1002 is still working very well alongside a now 5-year-old WS-5000.

Outside temperature and humidity readings were not showing on the display. Contacted the tech help department and they suggested a system reset which was carried out but did not fix the problem. Contacted tech help again and was advised the temp/hum sensor needed replacement. Ordered a replacement and it arrived within a couple of days. Installed the sensor and the weather station was up and running again. Tech help person was very helpful trouble shooting our system.
Suggestion - since the temp/hum sensor is so small suggest it be sent in a small padded bag instead of the cardboard box it arrived in - save paper and cost.

Easy ordering process. Very fast shipping out of AZ, and a great product that has lasted me along time. The replacement product synced seamlessly and I’m back up and running again.

Ordering the new wind cups for my station was easy. The better thing would be having a better design on the station, so the original does not blow off.

Great product and reasonably priced. After about 6 years in the air, I needed to replace my sensor head (I could have done a better job with periodic maintenance). I was amazed how low the price was... In just a few minutes, the station was ready for more years.

I had an older system that would not connect to the Internet or record long-term trends. The Ambient system is quite easy to use and find and compare relative data. I live high in the Rockies and use the Ambient daily to monitor bees and plants temperatures. Also use a camera to monitor the bees visually. Looking forward to long-term comparisons and trends.

Love my ambient weather station. Bought the station over a year ago with no problems so far. Bought additional sensor this year and expect to get the same use out of these.

It took a bit of tweaking to get it going, but once I did get it going and went through a modest learning curve it has worked well for me.
