After several weeks of trying to fix my weather station using youtube and other forums I finally decided to contact the company. I was not hoping for much, but thought I would try to fix it rather than have to buy an entire new unit.

Contacted AmbientWeather directly via their website, AND a real person responded to me!!!

AND was able find the source of the problem and assist me in the steps I needed to take to correct the problem. It is now fixed and working great!

Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

While I was able to complete my transaction... It seemed that the Customer Service Rep was less than enthusiastic about having to field my call. I had a simple question before placing an order... and the tone and aura that the CSR presented alluded to that my questions were "Obvious." If they had been I wouldn't have been asking them... And then once I got my answers .... I asked if I could just place the order for the needed equipment though him... again... seemed that he was annoyed that I wouldn't just place an order "Online"... when I experssed that I had someone from Ambient on the line couldn't I just place and order through him... again ... without saying so... his tone alluded to being put off for having to enter an order. Once I established that I wanted to place an order through him... having asked if I could do so and being informed that I could.... I then waited for him to ask whatever the next pertinate question that HE needed to start the order process... I even went to the point of asking him what he wanted next... CC #... Address ?? product number... all through the interaction he seemed a bit put off that he had to deal with a customer. Thankfully I got the replacement part I needed... but this CSR is a detriment to your companyt

Some sensors on my weather station started to randomly drop out and then come back (in spite of new batteries, and good wireless connection). So I bought a replacement outdoor sensor station, which works flawlessly. The process was easy and reasonably fast, except I had to wait 2 weeks while the item was out of stock. Kudos to Ambient Weather for restocking older parts!

Very fair pricing on the part. WS-2000 running normally again!

I have enjoyed my ambient weather station for several years now. It is the best.. it has survived several hail storms without issue. In last hail storm, It broke the tail off my wind direction arrow. It was easy to replace and cost less than $20. I order online and had a new one in a few days. I used the opportunity to install fresh batteries when I had down when I replaced the arrow. The batteries had not been replaced in several years and unit was still working fine. Best unit on the market. TZWX.

One of the legs on my in-home monitor broke, and I needed to have an alternative way to display the monitor. The stand available at the Ambient weather store works well, but it cause the display to be vertical and would work better if it had a slight angle to it.

Additionally, for such a small and simple piece of plastic, I think the cost could’ve been at least 25% less.

Great addition to our weather station

I actually called in with an issue on my WS 2000. Tried a new part which I ordered from you guys and it still didn’t work. Brandon H was awesome and got a new unit approved. Couldn’t be happier.

The customer service and technical support are the best! So glad we made our purchase with Ambient! Love the 5000!!

Mail delivery was slow. Meanwhile, we had a lot of wind and rain in the NW and would have valued having the weather station fully operational.
(Note: the reason it was down was because the original anemometer had blown off and shattered in the neighbor's driveway.)

great service

Ambient Weather did their part shipped my part quickly BUT it was shipped with the USPS who offers VERY poor service..it's been 8 days now since I ordered and still do not have my part it is suppose to be here today but the USPS said it was suppose to be at my home yesterday..we will see,Ambient weather should use UPS they are the best.

Great

Wish the instructions were added to help with programming the lightning detector to the main display. I finally got.

Great customer service and love the weather station!

The power supply for my weather station died due to a power spike before an outage. Ambient Weather had exactly the power supply I needed and shipped it to me promptly.

Awesome Customer service, fast shipping

Extreme winds removed my wind speed cups from my weather station. Ambient weather was able to send a replacement.

Great weather station
