This is my second Ambient system. Both work well.

I opted to purchase my PWS off of your website because you offered an additional sensor as well as a military discount. Thanks. Setup of the weather station was fairly straightforward with one exception. There is nowhere in the manual that you advise Apple users to turn off their cellular data and their wifi assist. After probably 50 attempts I went you website to support and found the solution. This is not recommended in your video either. Would have saved me some time. Also the additional sensor works great but there was no real guidance in the manual. I found that it just worked when I turned it on. Beyond that I love the product and would recommend it to my friends and family. Paul

No moving parts was a big seller on the 5000, a little disappointed at the relatively low tech viewing panel, but the wifi and internet weather station connection have worked well on the web, the phone app is not as good

My order was screwed up. Originally, they sent me the additional items I ordered but not the main weather unit. I notified customer service. They apologized and sent the main unit over night. Great job! Definitely recommend them as they take care of you.

First impression...fast delivery and accurate. It is a gift so won't be able to say much else until my wife opens it and we set it up. Excited to give it a serious workout.

Not much to say- site was clear and concise, was easy to find all the info I needed and make a purchase. Only minor negative was some cross-site scripting which triggered an alarm in my browser.
