Not happy with camera. It only works from thru a PC interface (not compatible with smart phone or tablet, IPad, etc.) it is also not capable of being added to the Ambient dashboard. Must use VMS software to access.

The website was easy to navigate and understand. The purchasing process was very easy. I have not even opened the box because it's a Christmas present for my husband. Would like to get some of the extra sensors, but those were out of stock, so he can buy those later if he wants them.

How do you correct the time zone? The directions didn’t work.

So far it works fine. I have had several LaCrosse weather stations and they seem to last only a couple year then die. I wrote the date on this one, I'll let you know how good it is when it dies.

I love my new Ambient Weather Station and sensor. By using the plug it is constantly back lit.

I bought direct because I refuse to Amazon when I don’t have to. This unit is more than I needed (worse…more than I understand) . I love the thing. I have an old unit, not yours, and it had to be hard wired. Now, after reading the directions, and undoing my mistakes, I can now enjoy getting the information I want right at my chair in the den. Thanks
