The shopping experience went very well. I have not tried the product yet as it is a Christmas present. Regards,

I purchased a WS-5000. I wanted to purchase it with the optional heater, but found it hard to find. If it is optional then why not list it as an accessory like additional sensors. Spending a lot of time I finally found it under parts. I think of parts as a replacement for a piece of something I already have and not something that is said to be optional.

Customer service was great. Knew exactly what I needed and bam I got it within five days. As it so happened my other funnel blew off in a storm and wouldn’t you know it I found it the day my new one arrived.

This is my 4th purchase of the WS-2902 weather station. Great gift for family members. Always a fair price and very quick to ship (for free).

I've have only had it (WS-1900) for a couple of weeks. It was easy to set up. The instructions were in English and not translated Chinese. I ordered the additional display for the bedroom to know the morning temperature. A lot for the money.
The only drawback is a limited viewing angle.
