I damaged the outdoor sensor for my indoor/outdoor display, and was not able to find another product that offered the same features, I was very happy a replacement for the sensor was available for such a great price, with free shipping. Thanks.

The manual that came with the unit is barely useable. The illustrations are poor to nonexistent. No excuse for that.

Easy ordering. By calling was able to solve the issue at low cost, instead of replacing entire component was able to get just a part. Delivered quickly.

I gave it 5 stars BUT it has a problem. The temp and humidify keeps going OFF and ON. I got the package on Wednesday and set it up in the gazebo to see the what it was going to look like while I moved the mast to a new location. While it was down I repainted it. since it a has a two pole base with the mast located between them I orientated them for the mast to point due North and cemented them in place. This allowed me to place the North arrow on the unit straight down and when the mast was raised the unit faced North.

I received 2 responses to my 2 inquiries, 1 via email, and 1 via chat. Very helpful. I've had a WS-2902A here in Mexico for 3.5 years and the outdoor temperature quit working. Everything else was fine. I was given instructions for resetting, to double check before I ordered the new temperature part. Haven't received the part yet, as I had to ship to a freight forwarder, but it is on it's way to me here in Mexico. Happy with the Ambient service received.

Shopping was easy setting up the ws2000 and trying to get the extra ws1900 display values to jive is another matter. 2 displays 3 different temperature readings that do not read the same even after calibration.
