Company rep was very helpful in identifying what plug I needed when ours became damaged. We missed our weather update when it wasn’t working. We received the replacement plug in a few days after ordering. Thank you!

Very fast delivery on order but there was a part included that I had no idea what it was for. I was able to find it on line, but no explanation or instructions came with the order.

I recently purchased a replacement array; when I found out the new array had a different fitting for the wind speed sensor, I called and they promptly sent me a sensor that would fit my replacement array.

We are still working on getting the correct replacement part to repair my weather station. My only complaint is how extremely hard it is to get someone to answer the phone. I finally talk to someone & they tell me best bet is to call at 8:00AM your time I call at 8:01AM & you are not answering the phone. I must leave a message & hope someone calls me back. I cannot set around all day waiting for someone to call me back. That has happened at least 3 times in dealing with Ambient.
