Wood egg on stand, Nativity with Angels icon
Beautiful, but larger than I expected. Would have preferred the egg to be a little smaller.

101 Orthodox Saints
I use this book frequently at home (with kids ages 1, 3, 5, and 6 1/2) and to help explain Saints’ lives in church school (ages 2-10). I also bought copies for my godsons, which they were very excited to receive. This is an encyclopedia of Saints’ lives and I am impressed at the selection chosen!

Songs of Praise: A Psalter Devotional for Orthodox Women
Love this translation and having the kathismas in order. I am participating in my first psalter reading group during Nativity fast 2021, and it has been edifying and humbling.

The Orthodox Study Bible, Ancient Faith Edition, Hardcover: Ancient Christianity Speaks to Today’s World
I was very pleased with my new study Bible. The commentary is clear and concise. In some places it gives you a full page article to explain some more difficult topics.

Wood egg on stand, Christ Blessing icon with gold ornamentation, small
It is indeed very beautiful, but the stand is very small making it unstable and the egg easily falls off.

Welcoming the Christ Child, Gift Set
We are enjoying going through this book with our children. The daily readings are not too long, and the questions encourage discussion. I do wish the readings were numbered to help us stay on track, but otherwise this is a great book for the Nativity season!
