The Pocket Psalter
The translation/style is what I like best: the KJV English, but not difficult to read. The compactness of the book is advantageous for portability and doesn't compromise on readability.

Olive wood Nativity ornaments

Ornaments, Olive Wood Nativity, set of 4
The ornaments are very attractive, but there were a couple of disappointments: they did not smell like olive wood, and an animal had broken off of one of the bases so I could not gift it. I would have loved to give it 4 or 5 stars, but I can't.

2023 Christmas Cards

Mixed pack of 2023 Christmas Cards (Version B)
The "Ancient Faith" Christmas cards, showcasing a mixed pack of Orthodox icons, offer a captivating and spiritually enriching experience, even for those outside the Orthodox tradition. As an Anglican, I found these cards to be a beautiful and reverent portrayal of the Nativity of our Lord. The intricate details and vivid colors of the icons convey the timeless and universal significance of the Christmas story, transcending denominational boundaries. Each card becomes a visual narrative, inviting the viewer to reflect on the profound and sacred nature of the Incarnation. Despite theological differences, the cards serve as a bridge, fostering a deeper connection to the shared Christian heritage and the joyous celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. The "Ancient Faith" Christmas cards provide a meaningful way to spread the message of love, hope, and peace during the holiday season.

Orthodoxy and Heterodoxy: Finding the Way to Christ in a Complicated Religious Landscape (2017 edition)
Amazing book. Loved learning about all the branches of Christianity that broke from the early church. Great book for anyone who's curious as the author does a good job and representing all the different denominations with kindness and no judgement. Also a great tool for orthodox Christians.

This is not the first calendar I bought. I think they are beautiful. They have all the fast days and holy days. That is so nice.

When You Give: Ancient Answers and Contemporary Questions
This concise book is fabulous. When You Give does get right to the point and answers questions like when, how, how much, how often, to whom should you give? The author does an incredible job leaving the reader confident to carry out the work of the Lord. What a timely piece! It's not often we have the opportunity to hear about how to give. In bookstores (and if you're like me, on your bookshelf) are endless books about how to make money, have status, be noticed, care for yourself, etc. What a rare opportunity to learn about looking outside of ourselves and making more of a difference in the world apart from just ourselves.

Pendant, St Archangel Michael and Guardian Angel, double-sided on wood
Nice quality very attractive: need to get one more. The only thing frustrating is that Ancient Faith continues to ship by USPS to my home address instead of my P.O. Box which is where U.S. mail goes & not to my home address!
