Although the delivery of my item was late I was kept well informed of its whereabouts and when it did arrive it was accompanied by a lovely note to apologise for the delay. Most unexpected and very much appreciated.

Communication and price were good and product was exactly as advertised. However my only complaint is that I chose you guys because your website says you have everything in stock and ship quickly. My items were not in stock and took weeks to arrive.

Hi Wirrun. Thanks for the feedback. The items just took a few extra business days than expected to arrive into one of our warehouses which was the reason for the slight delay. Thanks for shopping with us. Regards, Toby

Said replacement was going to be sent Express but took 9 days had to pay 2 days extra for Caravan park to wait for item to arrive

Hi Robert. Thanks for reaching out. The replacement for the initial faulty unit was meant to go express but was a slight packing issue in the warehouse which meant it was sent regular post. All in all, you received the unit 2 weeks ahead of schedule as normal warranty processes can take up to 4 weeks to be resolved. Hopefully the replacement unit is working well for you? Regards, Toby

4WD Outback Tyre Gauge H/D 0-60psi
Ordered 2 pieces 4WD Outback Tyre Gauge H/D 0-60 psi in April 2021. Pictures on the website at the time of purchase clearly show the gauge is a Hafner (Logo & Name) Tyre Gauge, Hafner also have specific identifying features and are made in Taiwan all of which are evident in the multiple pictures.
What was delivered were 2 substandard, poor quality, inaccurate, look a like gauges passed off as "Hard Unit" allegedly their house branded tyre gauge.
A Hafner company representative in Taiwan agrees that the gauges I was sent are not Hafner Gauges - just poor quality pirate fakes.
These guys are using pictures from a quality tyre gauge manufacturer and substituting the product with inferior product.
Classic Bait & Switch tactic - Wont accept gauges back & refund purchase price - Buyers Beware

Hi Gary. Thanks for reaching out. From previous discussions, we're more than happy to take a look at the units you received if you can send photos through of the items you have received. If they are indeed different, we can look at fixing the situation for you. As we still have not received photos of the units you have received, we cannot make a decision at this stage to resolve the issue for you. Regards, Toby
