Faulty air freshener spray bottles. When asked for help, i was asked to speak to the manufacturer. Like seriously for faulty spray button. Thanks but no thanks

Hi Mohit. Thanks for reaching out. The reason we passed you on to the technical support line for that issue, is sometimes theres a quick fix for the problem at hand that they know about and can guide you through. If the units were indeed faulty beyond that, we're more than happy to replace them for you. We never heard back from that initial communication regarding the problem, so thought it may have been resolved for you. Regards, Toby

Bought a BigBoi washer and Bigboi Buddie. Products arrived in a timely manner and extremely well packaged. Washer is so quiet and very well suited to bike and car cleaning. Washer includes an excellent snow gun that is the equal of my Bowdens gun.
