The product I ordered hasn’t arrived yet, but I received an email to say it would be late April, early May before it arrives. So overall great service.

Very easy to deal with, the guys rang me when there was an issue with stock for one of the parts i ordered, was sorted out no worries at all. parts were individually surrounded in bubble wrap inside the freight bag so as not to be damaged. I would highly recommend this store.

Ordered some Raptor paint on the 10th of February. It is now the 27th of April. I have been told numerous times it is coming and promised that it would be shipped on the 20th of April. There has been an overwhelming lack of professionalism along with no remorse or attempt to "make right" I would not recommend the retailer.

Hi Chris. Thanks for reaching out. As we have discussed on multiple occasions, there's been huge delays with more stock arriving from overseas where its manufactured. The information passed onto yourself are the latest estimates we're told on when we can expect to receive the stock. We had confirmation late last week the stock is currently in transit to us and is being delivered any day now into one of our warehouses. If you're still happy to proceed with the order, we can have it sent. If not, we're more than happy to provide a full refund for you. Regards, Toby
