Hi Tan. Your order was delivered via Australia Post on the 12th of April. It took a few extra business days to dispatch your order than normal. Once this was established, I tried calling you and sent an email through to let you know about the delays. Hopefully you received that? Regards, Toby

Thanks Toby, you were so helpful and easy to â deal withâ Old fashioned customer service. Polite, KIND and CONSIDERATE and nothing too much trouble. Superb customer service which is hard to find these days but that is all we want (plus product to be as advertised). Thanks heaps Toby. Appreciated. Di

Order the Ceramic Wax, came express, but was just wrapped in bubble wrap, so i paid for full bottles but received less. The price I paid was fantastic so I am still ahead of getting it from AutoPro..
Will I be back yes, life has a few hurdles in it, no use crying over spilt wax.

Great, stoked with your even larger range of gear especially the Detailing & stocking Sonax & Rupes gear is awesome. I always love checking out the Clearance lines too for a bargain! Keep that up & adding new stuff regularly as I always buy what I do need...then check the clearance section & inevitably always grab a couple of bargains! đđœâđœ
