It appears that the preferred cleaning fluid / spray? Is called “Invisible Glass”, as this is referred in the instructions. If I failed to notice some reference to this in the ad for the actual tool, then mea culpa etc and ignore all the above. The tool seems well made however.

Good products but when I ordered there was no confirmation email from your company only Afterpay confirmed order, also delivery should be quicker being in Melbourne.

Hi Daniel,
We do apologise if you have not received your order confirmation.
Our emails for order confirmation and tracking are automatically generated and can deliver to the customers spam/junk folder. They are also recognised under ‘Megazon Concepts’.
We do urge customers to contact us immediately via email or phone if they experience any issues within their order, including when an important email is not received.
As advertised on our website, our stock is in distribution centres around Australia which means a product your order may not be stocked in our Victoria DC.
We also advertise delivery lead times on our website under our ‘Shipping and Delivery’ page. Deliveries to Victoria range from 3-6 business days due to the above reasons.
From what I can see, your order was shipped on Feb 12th and then delivered on Feb 14th, therefore it arrived days earlier than the given timeframe.

From what I can see, our warehouse team scanned and shipped the same item that was originally ordered through our website.
