We do apologise on behalf the courier for the slight delay in your delivery.
Your order was received on the 17/01 and dispatched from our warehouse on 18/01 via AusPost.
As advertised online, deliveries to NSW can take up to 7 business days, however your delivery prolonged to 8 business days, due to the public holiday Australia Day.
Unfortunately, we are not aware of any delivery issues unless a customer reaches out to us directly and we were unable to resolve your slight delay as we have not received any contact from you besides this review.
We urge customers to contact us immediately when issues occur, so we can then resolve it as soon as possible.
It looks like you parcel was delivered on 01/02, we hope you enjoy your new goods!

As advertised online, bulky or DG orders and/or rural address may incur additional freight charges, your order incurred an additional freight charge due to the overall bulkiness/weight and the distance to travel.
Usually, deliveries to WA can take up to 10 business days, which does make your order quite early considering it was 4 business days.
