I ordered my truckies atlas on 22/12 and I used your website because it stated 24 hr dispatch.
Yet I did not receive the notification that it had been shipped til 2/1.
I specifically needed this to be shipped before Christmas as I needed it for a job on the 5/1 which is why I chose your website.
Hence the atlas did not arrive til after I had left for the trip and it was waiting when I got home on 10/1.
I had to stop at a Newsagency to buy another so now I have 2 at a cost of $100.
If a website states 24 hour dispatch then the company is bound to honour that.

Hi Christine,
As advertised on our website home page at the time you ordered – we were on Christmas Leave from the 22nd of December 2023 to the 2nd of January 2024, therefore we were unable to ship your order until we returned.
Items that are 24 Hour Dispatch means they will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of your purchase – not delivered within 24 hours, the shipping lead times for each state are advertised in our Shipping & Delivery online - QLD can take up to 7 business days for delivery.
Your order was one of the first orders we shipped on the morning we returned, and your parcel was delivered within 4 business days, making an early arrival.
We do apologise that we could not provide a faster service, however we did advertise our absence both online and via email to our active customers.
Thank you for shopping with AutoMegaStore and have a great day!
Kind Regards,
Imogen.
