We sincerely apologise to hear this and we’d like to resolve it if it has progressed to loss of product.
Like all stores, sometimes things can go wrong and when it does, we like to act immediately to keep our customers satisfied with their experience. We do urge customers to contact us via email or phone when something like this occurs.
Our warehouse team do pack each individual item a specific way, however, occasionally the courier can cause damage to the items due to rough handling, which is frustrating.

Unfortunately, your freight appeared high as you ordered an item that only costs $6.99, if you wanted to weigh out the freight, we would suggest ordering more in the same order if you were in need.
We wish we could help with your complaint, however, $9.95 is the minimum for shipment and all our shipping and delivery information is advertised online under our “Shipping & Delivery” tab at the bottom of our website - https://www.automegastore.com.au/shipping-delivery
Our delivery cost, as well as goods costs are quite low compared to other 100% online stores.
