Would of given 5 stars except delivery driver sent it to my neighbours house.
Response from AutoMegaStore

Hi Graeme,
Apologies on behalf of Australia Post for the error with your delivery.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the parcel once the courier has picked it up from our warehouse as they are a separate party.
In saying that, we are unaware if or of issues occurring, unless the customer reaches out to us about it. From that, we can only advise information to the customer, after we receive that information from the courier first. If that makes sense.
I have just emailed you directly to discuss this further.
We do hope you enjoy your new goods and get plenty of use out of them.
Thank you for shopping with AutoMegaStore and have a great weekend!
Kind Regards,
Imogen.

Product as I expected but AP delivery was crap. It was sent all very Melbourne before getting to me.
Response from AutoMegaStore
May 05, 2023
Hi Geoff,
Apologies on behalf of Australia Post for any confusion on your tracking.
As shown on your tracking, your parcel came from our SA warehouse.
Your delivery address is on the opposite side of Melbourne, therefore, the route that AP must take is through Melbourne.
All parcels must be processed at the courier’s depots/facilities when in transit as that is how they provide updates for the customer and to keep track of the parcel.
If you wish to have a certain courier to deliver your parcel, we can do that, you just need to call up and let us know so we can advise our warehouse team for you.
I have emailed you directly to discuss this further as this review is more aimed toward the separate party courier, then it is AutoMegaStore.
However, we do hope you enjoy your new goods and get plenty of use out of them.
Thank you for shopping with AutoMegaStore and have a great day!
Kind Regards,
Imogen.

I am still waiting on a response about my purchase of a Navra light .Email sent a couple of weeks back. Your website wasn't clear on which light had the number plate light in it
Response from AutoMegaStore
May 03, 2023
Hi Royce,
I responded to your email on April 24th, however, you have not responded to my email regarding this issue.
Usually if an item includes an additional piece of material, it will be stated in the description and/or title.
As advised in my response email, the Narva light you ordered does not include a licence plate bulb.
I have just sent another email to you to follow this up.
Thank you and have a great day!
Kind Regards,
Imogen

Excellent service - delivered in 2 batches so thank you for sending the first batch instead of waiting for extra stock. The CRC Oil Fighter works on my burnished concrete floor. It's impossible to avoid greasy stains on a kitchen floor but this product removes them! Nothing else I've tried has worked.

Excellent delivery and customer service. Every product was carefully wrapped and packed. Despite all this, one product leaked - likely from transportation, and the Auto Megastore CS team resolved the issue promptly. Great work, and very pleased with the result. Would certainly order again - no hesitation . Thanks
