Hi Fadi, We hope you enjoyed your Easter! Unfortunately, like other businesses, products can sell out overnight. You ordered the morning of March 20th, unfortunately, we sold out after hours the night prior, which is frustrating. We reached out to you the following day (March 21st) to advise the first ETA that our supplier and BigBoi provided to us, however, they prolonged the stock delay, which we then updated you about on March 24th. On April 6th, we reached out again to confirm the ETA being the middle to end of April, as this is what we were advised by our supplier and BigBoi. We understand how frustrating the delay is, however, it is unfortunate when a product oversells outside of working hours. We had not received any correspondence from you until our last email on April 6th, this is when you requested the refund, which we then issued the refund on the same day you requested it. We did and still do apologise for the unexpected delay, and we understand how frustrating this can be, it is unfortunate that we could not fulfill your order, however, we hope you managed to source something similar in the meantime.
