We appreciate your feedback.
You ordered 2x "2-3 Day Dispatch" items on March 16th, however, we managed to dispatch your order on March 17th - which is surprisingly fast considering you ordered an item that take 2-3 business days for us to get in.
I have checked your tracking, your parcel was delivered on Friday, March 24th.
Our lead times for standard shipping is usually approximately 3-5 business days.
Due to your parcel going from our SA Warehouse up to QLD, it is a quite accurate time frame for delivery.
Unfortunately, the last eBay order you purchased through us was back in 2020.
A lot has happened in the world since 2020, hence why it may take a little longer for couriers to deliver - a range of reasons for this such as Covid, weatherly conditions (floods, heavy rainfall/extreme storms, fires, etc), and more.
We do apologise that you feel it was not delivered fast enough, however, it was shipped and delivered in a quite accurate time.
