We strive to provide our customers with a fast and friendly service to rely on.
However, like other stores; Once a parcel leaves out warehouse, the courier is then responsible for any further actions such as tracking.
Unfortunately, due to this, we are unaware of the status of any parcel unless a customer reaches out to us regarding any issues or the whereabouts, etc.
We do apologise on behalf of the courier for the inability to inform you where they delivered your parcel, however, the plus side is they listened to your delivery note “leave … or at post office”! Hope all is well from here.

The spray can did not perform as would be expected.The nozzle did not work properly and as a tradesman it was very disappointing.With compressed air and a lot of patience I have completed one head gasket and tomorrow i will test my sanity again.Very disappointed with the product

Like any other store, sometimes things can go wrong. Such as this, a manufacturer fault (nozzle not working correctly).
