Hi Burnie,
We do apologise for any delays, however, as advised to you already, we were unable to fulfill your order as our team went on Christmas break. Like many other warehouse-based companies.
We did send out an email regarding this situation to those with active orders and advertised it on our website.
You ordered 3-5 day dispatch items, which we do need to procure (as advertised online and advised to you), unfortunately, we were physically unable to order it due to, again, our team being on holiday.
In the end, we issued a full refund as it is what you requested.
We are not using any excuses, we were explaining the situation – being that we were simply on our well deserved Christmas break.

The DupliColor graphite spray came out a much lighter shade of grey (almost silver) than pictured in the ad, which looks quite dark. Not really happy with the shade produced after 3 light coats and 1 medium wet coat. Will have to repaint with a darker shade.

Graphite is likewise to the colour silver, just slightly darker.
As advised on the can itself, the cap indicates the colour of this paint and the cap looks to match what we advertise on our listing.
Results can be affected by the application and prep process.
