A bit slow in getting my item dispatched. I know the xmas new year break has slowed it down, but if it had been dispatched within 24 hours I would have recievd it before the break. I still dont have it.

Apologies for the delay with your delivery, orders shipped between the end of November to the end of December would have experienced delays due to Christmas, if you had ordered earlier than you would have received it before our Christmas break.
Your order was placed on a Sunday night, which we then shipped the following Tuesday morning as we are not open on weekends and we ship in order from Friday night to Monday morning, to make it fair for those who have waited longer.
Your parcel is in transit, with no delays and you should see it this week, I have reached out to you directly to discuss this matter further.

Hoping for a response through this review. I ordered and paid for a close to $150 order on 10/12/22 and received a receipt saying the tracking number would follow once dispatched. Since then, I have received no correspondence apart from an email to rate the service. As requested in the email, prior to leaving a negative review, I have emailed 3 times and rung and text both the main number and sales mobile in the email multiple times with no response. I understand if the order has been delayed but would like some response as I am hoping it wasn’t a scam site.
