We shipped your order within 24 hours from the date of placement, however, unfortunately, couriers are currently experiencing delays due to the current peak of Christmas, as well as the recent floods and weather conditions, which has caused disruptions with their freight rail line, resulting in a backlog of freight that they are trying to get through whilst trying to get through more recent orders like your own.
