I can’t say enough wonderful things about the quality and kind customer service I have received. I’ve noticed a huge difference when my children started wearing them. Unfortunately somehow my youngest (5yr old) broke the clasp on his necklace pretty soon after I bought the necklace. I quickly wrote an email and the replacement process was super easy. Very quick response time it almost felt like I had a replacement in just a few days. I thought that the new necklace was smaller but in reality it wasn’t the new necklace was just not stretched out. I again got a response back to my email with a how to video on how to slightly stretch the necklace and everything was fine. Thank you Baltic essentials you have a customer for life :)

I love the beads. I think that they are beautiful, I have seen that that do work, but I bought a bracelet. It was too big so I decided to use it as an anklet which was too tight then I bought an extender and now it’s too big for both so size is important and now I can’t use them.
