It is totally noise free and has a good air flowl . It is just perfect for traveling, The fact that I can go anywhere without worrying about looking for a plug or carrying around the big one that make so much noise. Highly recommend this product!!!!

Not entirely sure yet if it works or not, as I didn't use it for long; but couple times I had minor rash on my hand and put bracelet on and rash did go away (but can't tell 100% it's from the bracelet, as it could be from lotion, etc., need more time to be sure). One thing I want to mention, is that wood beads can be a little scratchy as they aren't really polished much. It didn't bug me too much, but I could feel it at times; so definitely not something I would sleep on with.
