Totally does what it's supposed to do. The drooling has calmed down by a good 85%... Meaning she was completely soaking 3 bibs at least, per day. Now she can wear the same one all day!! It's great!! Only reason not 5 star is because the twist clasp is maybe broken? It falls off of her at least 4 times a day. I'm so scared I'm going to lose it!!

She’s currently 6 months and her gums still bother her, maybe not as much. Plus someone said it was suppose to come with some natural oil for the beads However my order didn’t come with any. Overall the necklace is fashionable.
