I love these products. I purchased a teething necklace 2 years ago for my daughter and it worked wonders for her. I now have a 3 month old daughter who is struggling with the uncomfortable pain of teething. So I purchased her a necklace as well. I did however receive hers with a chipped clasp. But I emailed them and will be getting it replaced. They were quick to get back with me about the process to do so. I appreciate the quickness and that they will replace it so my daughter can have it to help sooth her pain. Also in love with the way they look in general.
