This necklace is beautiful! It is comfortable and a perfect length for me. I have gotten so many compliments while wearing it. I am not sure on any anti-anxiety effects yet, but I will keep wearing it to see if it can help.

The quality is great but I thought this nacklace was unpolished. Instead of returning, i will purchase another. I hope this necklace is available unploshed.

It didn't work for me at first but when I washed it in hot water it helped as soon as I put it on afterwards... maybe something with the polish?? The raw necklace worked right away as soon as I put it on when I received it in the mail...

I have had acid reflux for years..this bracelet is amazing and has really helped with my acid reflux so I can sleep. I keep it on all the time except for when I shower.

I love this company and their products so much! I bought a teething necklace for my son and it worked absolute wonders for him! I have purchased this one for myself and im convinced it has helped me! I am on day three of wearing it and really noticed a difference in my mood today as well as late afternoon yesterday. i struggle with a little depression but it has made it really hard for me to get up out of bed and i often feel tired and unmotivated all day long but then i end up not sleeping well. I have slept better in the last two nights than i have in a VERY long time and this morning I was ready to get up! i was excited even! It may be a coinsidence but if it works for me then it works and im so grateful!
I also purchased one about a year ago for anxiety because i was having anxiety attacks at work. after wearing it for about a week i quit having them so severly. my heart rate would increase and i would feel shakey but it never escalated to a full on attack after i started wearing it! I quit wearing it after a few months because i quit having them completely and havent had to wear it since. I am crazy about these necklaces and truly believe that they help!!

This product is great so far the only problem I had was it was too small for his neck and he's ate so maybe for baby and toddler but I wouldn't say big kid. However it does make for a great bracelet thank you so much

My child has adhd and this beautiful necklace and bracelet combo seems to be helping her focus and stay calmer . So far I have no complaints and am excited to buy more
