My 8 year old has had way less anxiety than ever, usually she would cry to leave a loud restaurant or would freak out in large crowds, we recently went to a Mexican restaurant and to our surprise they had a live mariachi band in a very small restaurant- she first complained and I mentioned the bracelet would help keep her calm, I told her if she really didn’t feel calm we would leave, she made it through our entire stay at the restaurant with very little complaints! The necklace is beautiful! We ordered the matching bracelet in toddler and my daughter wears a 3 T in clothing (she’s only 3.) Andy it was a bit tight on her wrist. I think they need to be resized or suggested that they run small.
